From Houston - Route 1
1. Easiest way.
Take I-10 West all the way through San Antonio, through Boerne & through Comfort.
OR
Take I-10 West to San Antonio, at San Antonio take Loop 1604 North and West until you reach I-10 again. Take I-10 West through Comfort.
1st exit past Comfort is exit #520 - 1341. Exit & Turn Right on 1341.
Once you turn right on to 1341 - go 9.1 miles to Windmill. Turn Left.
Once you turn left on to Windmill – keep veering left and go .6 miles to Cypress Creek Gardens. Veer left and pass Cypress Creek Gardens. You will now be on Melvin. (Before you get to Cypress Creek Gardens, you will pass two streets called Green Oak and one street called Jones.)
Once you pass Cypress Creek Gardens go .1 mile to a Y in the road. The street sign will show Riojas to the left, but take a right. You will now be on Gay.
Once you take a right at the Y - go .3 miles to the house. You will run straight into our large red gate.
From Houston Route 2
2. Scenic way.
Take I-10 West to Seguin. Exit on 46 and turn right on to 46.
Take 46 into New Braunfels.
Go under 35 and continue on until you pass the high school on the left. Not too far down the road you will then see an exit sign for 46. Take that exit and turn right on to 46.
Continue on 46 until you get to Boerne. (About an hour.)
Once you get to Boerne, follow the signs to I-10 and take I-10 West.
Take I-10 West all the way through Comfort.
1st exit past Comfort is exit #520 - 1341/Cypress Creek Rd. Exit & Turn Right on 1341.
Once you turn right on to 1341 - go 9.1 miles to Windmill. Turn Left.

From San Antonio
Take I-10 West to the 1st exit past Comfort - exit #520 - 1341/Cypress Creek Rd.

From Dallas - Route 1
Take 35E South to Austin.
Take 290 West to Fredericksburg.
In Fredericksburg, turn left on 16S to Kerrville.
Once in Kerrville, cross under I-10.
Go to next light and turn left on to Loop 534/Veterans Hwy. (At the YO Ranch Hotel.)
Go 1 mile and turn left on to 1341. (You will pass Vista Ridge then come to 1341.)
Once you turn left on to 1341 - go 3.4 miles to Windmill and turn right. (You will pass a large radio tower.)
Once you turn right on to Windmill - go .6 miles to Cypress Creek Gardens. Veer left and pass Cypress Creek Gardens. You will now be on Melvin. (Before you get to Cypress Creek Gardens, you will pass two streets called Green Oak and one street called Jones.)

From Dallas - Route 2
Take 67 to Stephenville. (Or take 67 past Glen Rose, then take 220 to Hico.)
Take 281 South to 290 West.
Take 290 West to Fredericksburg.
In Fredericksburg, turn left on 16S to Kerrville.
Once in Kerrville, cross under I-10.
Go to next light and turn left on to Loop 534/Veterans Hwy. (At the YO Ranch Hotel.)
Go 1 mile and turn left on to 1341. (You will pass Vista Ridge then come to 1341.)
Once you turn left on to 1341 - go 3.4 miles to Windmill and turn right. (You will pass a large radio tower.)

From Ft. Worth Area
Take 377 to Stephenville. (Or take 377 to Granbury, 144S to 67, 67 west to Glen Rose, then take 220 to Hico.)

From Bandera
Take 173 or 16 to Kerrville. (173 is faster, 16 is a beautiful drive.)
If You Take 16
Once in Kerrville continue on 16 through town. Once you are on the far side of town, turn right on to Loop 534/Veterans Hwy. (At the YO Ranch Hotel.)
Go 1 mile and turn left on to 1341. (You will pass Vista Ridge then come to 1341.)

If You Take 173
When you first come to Kerrville, turn right on Loop 534. Continue on Loop 534 for several miles. You will pass the high school, then a few miles further you will come to 1341. Turn right on 1341.
*Once you turn on 1341 - go 3.4 miles to Windmill and turn right. (You will pass a large radio tower.)
Once you turn on Windmill - stay to your left until after you pass Cypress Creek Gardens.
Once you pass Cypress Creek Gardens go .1 mile to a Y in the road. The street sign will show Riojas to the left, but take a right. You will now be on Gay.
Once you take a right at the Y - go .3 miles to the house. You will run straight into our large red gate.
From Kerrville
From I-10 & 16 (Sidney Baker) go south (towards Kerrville)
Go to 1st light and turn left on to Loop 534/Veterans Hwy. (At the YO Ranch Hotel.)
Go 1 mile and turn left on to 1341. (You will pass Vista Ridge then come to 1341.)
